About Junction49
Junction49, a TimeBank project, makes it easier for young people to give their time and make a difference.
You can post ideas for projects around issues that matter to you, from homelessness to gang culture and get support from the Junction49 team via the website to turn your ideas to make a difference into a reality.
By registering with Junction49, members can also offer to help to make other peoples ideas a reality, by either offering some advise or a helping hand.
How it works:
You submit an idea telling us how you want to make a difference to your community or the wider world, it doesn't matter if it's a tiny idea or a massive one. You'll then get tailored support from the Junction49 helpdesk, who will respond to your idea, giving you advice on how to turn your idea into reality. We can offer you support on where to find funding, to how to put together a plan. You can also gain support from other young-people that have had similar ideas.
Once you've submitted your idea you can add actions to your idea. Actions are the ‘to do list' of what needs doing to turn ideas into a reality. People from around the country or local to you can take up these actions. You can also take-up someone else's actions, to help them turn their idea into reality.
T-Mobile, TimeBank, and v

TimeBank, T-Mobile and v have been working together to create new opportunities for 16-25 year olds to turn their own ideas in to real community projects.
